Collection Policy

All customers are strongly encouraged to collect their items in person at our office. This allows you the opportunity to closely inspect your jewelry and ensure complete satisfaction before taking the item(s) away. Our knowledgeable staff will be available to assist you during the collection process and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Delivery Policy - Customer-Requested Carrier

While we highly recommend in-person collection, we understand that some customers may prefer to arrange for a carrier to deliver their items. If a customer requests a carrier, Shanderson Jewellery Limited will gladly ship the item(s) on their behalf. However, please note the following important conditions related to carriers:

1. Customer assumes full responsibility: Once the item(s) have been handed over to the carrier, Shanderson Jewellery Limited will no longer be responsible for the item(s). Any loss, damage, or other issues that may arise during the delivery process will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. No return or refund: As detailed in our Refund and Return Policy, we are unable to accept any returns or issue refunds once the item(s) have been collected or handed over to a carrier. By choosing to use a carrier, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

3. Carrier selection and payment: It is the customer's responsibility to select and arrange payment for the carrier service. Shanderson Jewellery Limited will not be involved in this process and cannot recommend or endorse any specific carriers.

If you choose to use a carrier, we recommend that you thoroughly research and select a reputable company with a proven track record in handling valuable items.
